from 200 year old flooring,Old Growth Eastern White Pine which has been
reclaimed!
Eastern
White Pine
adorned the countryside back then, making it the natural choice for use
in farmhouses.
Old Growth Eastern White Pine is sought after for
its even grain structure, unique knotting character and warm coloring,
suggesting the friendly, slower pace of another time. Old Growth
Eastern White Pine is a rare find, prized for its authentic extra-wide
widths and longer plank lengths.

Danette's farm tables, harvest tables, kitchen
islands. She mostly uses 1700's-1800's eastern white
pine. The boards are old worn smooth flooring from old buildings
reclaimed and built
to your specifications, with hand turned legs or tapered legs and
finished
with
natural oils and waxes.

Art of John Sperry

John
Sperry is
a self taught Southern Folk Artist born in 1956. His works consist
mostly
of colorful primitive folk art, acrylics on old roofing tin, some wood,
and dress form musicians. John Sperry's paintings are of the rural
black
south, his childhood memories and music, mostly blues artists. John's
art is displayed on our virtual gallery in rooms 1 t0 30! Enjoy a
liesurely look around.
